It was time for a change in my life!

My name is Lori Ann Mertens and I have listed and sold multi-million dollars worth of business over my career.

I had been in the Hospitality Industry for over 20 years and when 2001 came around, I decided to make a drastic change in my career. Leaving a small Colorado town for a Tropical Florida Paradise would be a culture shock, but I knew it was going to be an adventure that I would never forget!

 My family and I looked all over the United States & found Charlotte County, Florida. We found paradise; a smaller town, shopping, golfing, boating and tropical temperatures, white sandy beaches…..What a great combo!

When I moved to Florida, I was unsure of the road that lay ahead for my family and me, but soon after the transition, I found my way into the Real Estate world in 2003.

In the early days of my career, I worked for a couple of smaller Real Estate Companies then I was extremely lucky to find RE/MAX Anchor Realty. Soon after joining, my career took off!
